CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 30+ days notice – full refund less $10 processing fee
  • 7-29 days notice – 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days notice – no refund
  • No-show at clinic – no refund

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that a clinic cannot be held due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside of the control of the tournament organization, a full refund will be issued. In the event that a clinic begins but cannot be concluded, participants will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. For example, if 50% of a clinic is completed, a 50% refund will be issued.
